<p>* Facilitate credit applications and verify accuracy of the customer information to meet legal requirements. Verify requests for changes to the customer profiles and validate the changes once completed</p>
<p>* Manage the updated accounts with regards to accuracy, credit lines and risk category fields in SAP. Maintain appropriate notes for subsequent communication and verification by the Collectors handling the accounts. Monitor the Credit Services Inbox by handling requests from internal and external customers</p>
<p>*  Prepare files for credit line granting to facilitate orders to be processed, have the file approved by relevant authorized persons, and process the orders within the timelines and service level expected. This involves obtaining the D&#038;B Business report on the customer, running the reports from our system (payment history, aging report, etc.) and making recommendations to the manager</p>
<p>*  Submit and follow up with Insurance company for credit risk coverage. Manage the requests and track the accounts for proper coverage. Provide reports to the Insurance company and management as needed to supplement the contract requirements, periodically</p>
<p>*  Assist with searches from internal customers for NDA\&#8217;s, i.e., legal and registered names and addresses, organizational structure of company, etc. Assist the other teams with credit related questions and in other daily administrative activities </p>
<p><strong>ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<p>University or College Graduate preferred. Other Credit related programs will also be considered if done in a recognized institution. At least 2 years of credit related experience or in an senior administrative role, preferably within the industry.</p>

<p>This position requires a mature person with several years of progressive experience working with Board and staff relationships, providing board and committee support, managing finances, bookkeeping, and general administrative duties. Related college or university education or equivalent is required, as well as knowledge of Board governance principles, academic or research communities, and Microsoft software. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent judgment along wit very strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.</p>

You will be responsible for capturing vehicle photo\&#8217;s and descriptions as well as support the sales efforts for local independent and franchise retail automotive customers within specific areas in Ontario.</p>
<p>Summary of Essential ob Functions:</p>
<p>- Accurately capture required vehicle descriptions and photos.<br />
- Respond in a professional manner to client inquires.<br />
- Monitor dealer inventory levels weekly.<br />
- Maintain and complete weekly reporting</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently with high degree of accuracy. Automotive or vehicle knowledge is helpful, but not essential.</p>
<p>Skills and Requirements:</p>
<p>- Able to work confidently with Microsoft software packages.<br />
- Competent in operating digital camera and/or PDA type devices<br />
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines<br />
- Reliable automobile with proof of insurance and clear driver\&#8217;s abstract.<br />
- Comfortable working in all types of weather.</p>
