Description:

Tech Savvy you will work collaboratively wit our client services team to provide support excellence for computer hardware and software on a desktop level to City personnel. You will exercise your communication, analytical, and reasoning expertise in this fast-paced environment and maintain an open communication system to ensure the development of service improvement methods. You will maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients. You demonstrate thorough knowledge of PC hardware, related peripheral troubleshooting techniques, MS Office, and Windows XP Pro. You have a post-secondary education and experience in a related discipline. Additionally, you ave a valid Class G driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a driver's abstract in good standing.

salary range: $44,970-$56,211 per annum (under review) Competition N#42
